SpeakPlan helps users manage weather, notes, tasks, and optional voice-to-task conversion.
Tasks, notes, and weather preferences are stored on the user's device. If the user chooses the voice AI feature, the app sends the recording to SpeakPlan's Cloudflare Worker so it can be transcribed and organized into task suggestions.
Voice recordings may be processed by Deepgram for speech-to-text and Cloudflare Workers AI for task extraction. The app does not sell personal data.
The Worker processes voice requests transiently and does not intentionally store audio recordings or transcripts after the request is completed. Basic security and usage counters may be retained to prevent abuse and enforce the free-use limit.
